We are specialized in myofascial release and deep tissue massage, helping you relieve physical pain, emotional blockages, and stress stored in the body. We work together to unwind patterns held in your body—physical and emotional—so you can feel more balanced, grounded, and deeply relaxed.

Sessions take place at the beautiful El Árbol Multitherapy Center in Puerto de la Cruz, or in your own home across Tenerife if the configuration allows it (by arrangement).
